First to give measurements and fabric, then to pick the garments after few days which is longer delivery time and repeat visits if there are fitting or design issues. The garment construction and finishing is not as good as ready to wear garments offered by top clothing brands.

HOW IT WORKS
  • You book an appointment.

  • Our Fashion Designers meet you at your home or office at your convenient date and time. This service is available for Delhi and Gurgaon at the moment.

  • They discuss your requirements or the design you have in mind. They give you design and style suggestions based on your body type and finalize design. They draw design illustration/sketch, take your measurements and collect fabric from you.

  • All above process is done for Outstation/International customers on phone/whatsapp/zoom call. Outstation customers have to provide their measurements as guided by our Fashion Designers and ship fabric to our address mentioning their order number.

  • The production process i.e. cutting, stitching, embroidery, beadwork, finishing and packing happens in our factory under guidance of our technical and design team.

  • We get the garment delivered to you within delivery time committed to you.

  • We gurantee fitting and design. In case, you are not satisfied with first fit, we get the garment picked from you and deliver to you very fast until you are satisfied. You don’t have to pay any additional charges for this.

    • DELIVERY TIME

    Delivery time depends upon the type of garment, design and work involved. Our Fashion Designers will be able to give you estimated delivery time at the time of appointment. Below is the rough guideline for delivery time.

    Suits, Blouses, Tops, Dresses, Gowns without embellishment work : 5 to 7 days

    Suits, Blouses, Tops, Dresses, Gowns with embellishment work : 12 to 15 days

    Designer, Wedding Wear : 20 to 30 days

    Bridal Wear : 30 to 40 days

    PRICING
  • The prices mentioned below are Stitching charges and do not include accessories charges. The actual stitching charges might vary in some cases based on additional design/work details. Our fashion designers will be able to give you exact prices after finalizing design with you.

  • The fabrics to be normally provided by the customers. We can source fabrics for designer, wedding or bridal wears. The cost of the fabric in such cases to be paid by the customers.

  • The cost of accessories like laces, costlier buttons to be charged extra.

  • The stitching charges are inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges.

  • In case, the customer does not wish to place order after meeting with Fashion Designer, then Rs. 300/- for visit and consultation charges will be applicable to cover the expenses.
